Question: How can I browse a retailer or wholesaler/designer catalogue?

Answer: Browse the catalogue of an individual store by selecting a logo in the Retail and Designer directory which can be accessed from the Go Shopping link in the drop down menu of Shopping, located at the top of every screen.

Question: How do I search for specific items?

Answer: Searching for a specific item is simple. Select a product category from the Shop by Category search located at the top of the Retailer and Designer directory page which can be accessed from the Go Shopping link in the drop down menu of Shopping located at the top of every screen. For example to search for skirts or tops, click on your selection and the search will appear.

Question: Step-by-step shopping guide from the screen featuring the item you wish to purchase.

Answer: Specify your order by selecting from the options listed for example, size, colour and quantity.
Click on Add to Bag to add your item to the shopping bag.
Click on Continue Shopping and repeat the above process until you have placed all the items you require in your Shopping Bag.
To checkout review all the details of your Shopping Bag and click on the Checkout Counter button. (To checkout at any time whilst, browsing the Cosh ka website, click on the Shopping Bag on the top left side of every screen, then click the Checkout Counter button).
You will now be required to provide us with your name and delivery address. Click, Continue to verify your order details and proceed to pay by selecting your preferred method of payment.

Question: Selecting your payment method

Answer: Paying by Credit Card: If you choose to pay by Credit Card you will be transferred to Paypal who will process your Credit Card transaction in a fully secure environment. If you are not already a Paypal member you will be required to enter your credit card details and automatically become a member. We will acknowledge your order by email.

Paying by Cash: If you choose to pay by Cash, click on the Pay by Cash icon at the bottom of the checkout page. You will be required to go to your closest Western Union agent to transfer the amount shown on your order. Once payment is received, a receipt of purchase will automatically be emailed to you. Paying by Cheque/Money Order: If you choose to pay by Cheque/Money Order click on the Cheque/Money Order icon at the bottom of the checkout page. Your Cheque should be made payable to Cosh ka and sent to: Cosh ka Ltd, PO. Box 78 Keiraville NSW 2500 Australia. Once payment is received, a receipt of purchase will automatically be emailed to you. Paying through Internet Banking: After reviewing your order at the Cosh ka checkout, you will have a choice of payment methods. If you wish to pay via electronic banking or internet transfer, simply click on the internet banking icon. You will be transferred to a page displaying bank and financial institution logos. Simply click on your bank or financial institution's logo and you will be transferred to their website. If your bank or financial institution's logo is not displayed then logon to their website and follow the simple steps to transfer funds.

Question: How can I view or change what's in my Shopping Bag?

Answer: You can view the contents of your shopping bag at any time by clicking on the Shopping Bag icon at the top left side of every screen. If at any time you wish to remove an item from your Shopping Bag, simply select 0 in the quantity box for each item you want to remove, then click the Update Bag button. The item will then be removed from your Shopping Bag. Click on either Continue Shopping or go to Checkout Counter to continue.

Question: When will I get my order?

Answer: We guarantee to deliver your order Next Business Day within Australia, if payment of your purchase is received by 3.00 pm and if the store you purchased from is located in Australia. This guarantee applies only to specified destinations within the Cosh ka Next Business Day Delivery areas. Prompt delivery on a Non-Guaranteed basis is given to destinations outside our Next Day Delivery areas. International deliveries take up to 3-7 days. See our Delivery Information for more info.

Answer: All deliveries within Australia are FREE of charge (conditions apply).

Answer: International deliveries are calculated by the destination and weight of the item purchased and includes Handling, Packaging and Insurance.

Question: How soon can I get my order, if I live outside Australia?

Answer: Delivery to International destinations from Australia takes 3 to 7 days. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scale, however delays are occasionally inevitable.

Question: Can I purchase from different stores in the same order?

Answer: Yes you may purchase from any of the stores listed on the Cosh ka website in the same order. If you order from different stores, you may receive separate packages, which may arrive on different days and at different times.

Question: Can the delivery address be different from the billing address?

Answer: Your delivery address can be different from your billing address. For example, if you order a gift for a friend or relative, you may ask us to send it to them directly.

Question: What if an item I bought is out of stock?

Answer: Goods are subject to availability. In the event that a store is unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a full refund will be offered where you have already paid for the goods.

Answer: If you are unhappy with what you purchased, we will try to help by offering you alternative goods of a similar specification and value. You can also telephone us on 1300 130 393 to obtain an authorisation code and confirm the reason for the return. Question: Do I get a refund if I return the item I purchased?

Answer: When a refund is requested, the money will be reimbursed using the same method in which you originally paid, and within 10 days of receipt of the returned goods. Question: Can I buy an item and return it after I have worn or used it?

Answer: Are you serious? Absolutely not! The goods must be in their original condition, with tags intact and attached. They must not be worn, cleaned or damaged in any way. It remains the discretion of Cosh ka and participating stores to reject the return of goods (unless damaged or faulty on delivery).

Question: How will I receive my order?

Answer: Your order will arrive gift wrapped and securely packed in a Cosh ka security satchel. Cosh ka satchels are waterproof, sealed and will fully protect your item(s) in transit.

Question: What if the item I received was faulty or damaged in transit?

Answer: You can contact us either by emailing help@coshka.com or through the website. You can also telephone us on 1300 130 393 to obtain an authorisation code. When a replacement of goods is required, it will be sent within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Question: What should I do if my order does not arrive?

Answer: We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scale, however delays are occasionally inevitable. If your order is not delivered within the expected time frame email help@coshka.com stating your name, delivery address and item code(s) which, you will find on your emailed receipt. This will help us in tracking your order.

Question: Is my item insured?

Answer: All goods sold on coshka.com are insured against damage, loss or theft, while in transit. Once goods are delivered to the specified address, it will no longer be insured.

Answer: For online Personal Shopper assistance go to the Online Personal Shopper link in the drop down menu of Shopping, located at the top of every screen. Selecting the Online Personal Shopper link will access another screen. Our online Personal Shopper will start by asking you a few simple questions to help you find just what you are looking for, taking the guesswork out of shopping.

Question: How can I get free online Style Advice?

Answer: For free online Style Advice, go to the Style Advice link in the drop down menu of Makeover, located at the top of every screen. Selecting the Style Advice link will access another screen with a comment box. Use this comment box to send your questions and enquires.

Question: How can I book a Personal Shopper, shopping trip?

Answer: Booking a shopping trip with a friendly and professional style adviser is simple. Go to the Book A Shopping Trip link in the drop down menu of Shopping, located at the top of every screen. Selecting the Book A Shopping Trip link will access another screen displaying your Personal Shopper booking form. Complete the booking form and submit. You will receive confirmation of your booking by email within 24 hours of booking.

Question: How do I buy a Cosh ka Gift Voucher?

Answer: You can purchase a Cosh ka Gift Voucher by selecting the Gift Voucher link in the drop down menu of Shopping, located at the top of every screen.
Selecting the Gift Voucher link will access another screen displaying your Gift Voucher form.
Choose a store by selecting a store from the list of merchant names.
Enter voucher amount and quantity.
Choose a preferred delivery date.
Enter the details of the person you want the Gift Voucher to be delivered to and fill in a personal message to be sent with your voucher. Please take note of your voucher reference number at the checkout in case of any queries.
Click on Continue Shopping to repeat the above process.
To checkout, review all the details of your Gift Voucher and click on the Checkout Counter button.
Click, Continue to verify your voucher details and proceed to pay by selecting your preferred method of payment.

Question: How long is my voucher valid for?

Answer: The Cosh ka Gift Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue printed on the Gift Voucher and must be used within this time.

Question: Can I exchange a voucher that was purchased for the wrong merchant?

Answer: Vouchers once issued, cannot be exchanged. However you can use the Cosh ka Gift Voucher to purchase online from any of the merchants listed on the Cosh ka website regardless of the nominated merchant shown on the voucher.

Question: Will vouchers supplied by Cosh ka look the same as the retailer's own branded vouchers?

Answer: Vouchers issued by Cosh ka will be in an entirely different style to those usually supplied by the retailer. Cosh ka Gift Vouchers will however, show the name of the relevant merchant.

Question: If the product I buy is for less than the value of the voucher, can I get my change in cash?

Answer: No merchant is obliged to exchange a voucher or part thereof for cash. Individual retailers may or may not choose at their own discretion to give small amounts of change in cash.

Yes, we only accept photo submissions of models 3 years of age and older.

Question: Can I still become a model if I am in school and I only have spare time during the summer months?

Answer:
Reputable scouts will always make school a priority.
There are two reasons for this:
•  Most aspiring models are of school age and scouts are accustomed to working around your school schedule.
•  A model's career, no matter how successful can be extremely short, making it more important to have a solid educational base from which to draw on once the modelling career is over.

Question: Why not just submit my photos to individual agencies?

Answer:
The answer is simple: cost, representation, and efficiency. To approach agencies on your own usually requires that you spend a lot of money (professional photos, couriers...), a lot of time (appointments, walk-ins, follow-ups…), and there is no guarantee that your photos will ever be seen! Cosh ka Models provides an inexpensive way to guarantee that your images will be professionally presented to all registered members. Don't forget, Cosh ka Models can also provide you with a personal evaluation that will help you to pursue your dream of becoming a model.

Question: What if I have already signed with an Agency?

Answer:
You can still promote your self with Cosh ka Models. Any Enquires can be passed directly to your existing Agent if required.

Question: What is the best way to submit my images?

Answer
: The best way to submit your snapshots is via your computer. To do this, your computer will need access to the Internet. If you do not have access to the Internet, you may elect to mail us your snapshots and we will scan and upload them for you. There is a fee for mailing in your snapshots – you may select this option when you sign up.

Question: What style of snapshots should I submit?

Answer:
Photographs do not have to be of a professional standard, you can simply select the most recent photographs, which show you off to your best advantage. Your photos should depict how you look naturally but also how multifaceted your look can be, as this will open more job opportunities for you. (Please note: If you are taking the photos yourself, please take a moment to be certain that your images are clear, well lit, and in focus. Photographs can play a vital part in the success of your modelling career).

Question: What does it cost to sign up?

Answer:
Registration on the Cosh ka Models database is Free. If you choose to have an online comp card set up on the Cosh ka Models search , an annual fee of $175.00 plus GST will apply . Your photos and information will be professionally presented and available for registered members and scouts to view. Your model profile pages will include:
> A maximum of nine photographs.
> Full profile details [no personal information is displayed].
> A personal biography.
> List of artistic types.
> A4 printable comp card.



Question: Can I send my payment by mail?

Answer:
Absolutely! We understand that not everybody has access to a credit card. Please complete your profile and upload your images for your assessment. Your images will be kept in our database until your payment has been received, up to 30 days.

Question: Do you guarantee that I will be offered a modelling contract?

Answer:
Cosh ka Models will provide you with exposure to our list of scouts and registered members as well as with their feedback about your potential as a model. Cosh ka Models does not guarantee that you will be offered a contract. Contracts are offered at the discretion of each scout and/or registered member based on how much potential they feel you possess.

Question: How long will I have to wait to receive feedback?

Answer:
New faces photographs are batched together in an easy to use search so scouts and registered members have equal opportunity to book you. Once the set up of your online profile and comp card is complete you could be scouted in a week.

Question: Who will be able to view my photos online?

Answer:
Our scouting system is not a public system. The model search is fully secure and password protected, only registered members and scouts have access meaning, creating your comp card with Cosh ka Models is a more efficient and safer way to reach the right people. You may also like to encourage family, friends, agencies etc to log on and view your profile.

Question: When will my comp card be online?

Answer:
After your Cosh ka Models comp card is created your snapshots will be slotted into the New Faces directory. Depending on when you register, it will take as little as a few days, or up to a month, for you to be online.

Question: Are there any fees to update information and photographs?

Answer:
You can update your profile or personal information free of charge and as often as you like. However, a fee of $45.00 applies to updating and/or changing photographs on your comp card and model profile online. This fee includes changing up to nine photographs at any one time.

Question: What do scouts and/or registered members see when they see my comp card?

Answer:
When scouts and/or registered members login to view your online profile and comp card, they see your profile details, biography, your artistic types and a selection of photographs. There will also be an option for the scout and/or registered member to express their interest and make a booking online.

Question: How long does my account last?

Answer:
Your account will remain active for a minimum of 12 months from the day that it is approved.

Question: When my account expires, what happens to my snapshots and information?

Answer:
Once an account expires all of your snapshots and personal information will no longer be viewable, or searchable by our members. When your account expires, we will contact you to renew your account.

Question: What is Cosh ka G Store?

Answer: The Cosh ka General Store is a service that lets you promote your products in highly relevant sections across the Cosh ka web site. It is free to join and you only pay commission when a customer buys your item.

Be sure to fill out all relevant fields when completing the product form. This helps our technology rank and categorize your products correctly. For some searches, multiple products may match the consumer's search request equally. In these cases, Cosh ka may also use factors such as product popularity and the merchant's relationship with Cosh ka to present the best results to the consumer.

Answer: The Quick Finder Search is a specialized search feature designed to help users find products and services on the Cosh ka web site. The Quick Finder Search is featured in a prominent position on Cosh ka web site.

Question: What is the Cosh ka Merchant Listing Options?

Answer: Cosh ka Merchant Listing Options offers a way for small businesses to set up a web store. There are three options; listing only your business name, linking to your existing web site or making use of our fully functional web site template equipped with ecommerce as your web store. To learn more or to take advantage of these benefits, you must sign up via the "Submit Your Business" link.

Question: What do I need to do to participate in Cosh ka G Store?

Answer: To participate in Cosh ka G Store you must:
  • Sell fixed-price products.
  • You must be able to sell and ship products world wide.
  • Sign up for a Paypal Account - you are required to be a Paypal Member. There is no charge to become a Paypal Member.
  • Agree to the G Store Terms of Service.
  • Submit a completed product form (some fields are optional) or register your store.
  • Follow the Cosh ka Merchant Guidelines to create and submit a detailed listing of your products.

  • Question: How do my product listings get into Cosh ka G Store?

    Answer: After you sign up for Cosh ka G Store, and have created an account with Paypal, send us details of all your products that you wish to sell on Cosh ka G Store (using our product form) and the images by email to gstore@coshka.com . Please make sure you use the same merchant code that you registered with when sending us information and/or images.

    Question: How much commission does the merchant pay if an item is sold?

    Answer: The merchant pays Cosh ka a small commission on each item sold on the Cosh ka web site. Items will be sold at the price supplied by the merchant. The current commission rate is 20% per item.

    Question: Are there any transaction fees?

    Answer: A small transaction fee applies which is payable by the merchant. The current rate is 1%+50c on all transactions. Credit cards will incur an additional 3% (These fees are calculated in US dollars.)

    Question: Who pays for delivery?

    Answer: The merchant covers the cost of local delivery to all local destinations (nation wide). The buyer will cover the cost for deliveries destined for International destinations at the checkout.
